Smartertools Changing prices for
New Major versions !
SmarterTools announced Major version changes.
SmarterMail will be changed to version 5 and
SmarterStats 3 will see a pricing change.
These are due to take effect on March 13 2008 for
SmarterStats and SmarterMail. SmarterTicket will
have not only a version change but a name change to
SmarterTrack 3.This product is set launch on April
23 2008. We will be releasing our pricing for these
products on March 10 2008.

upcoming release of the new SmarterTrack
3.x (formerly SmarterTicket).
SmarterTrack 3.x has been re-built from
the ground up to function equally well
as both a stand-alone customer service
tracking and ticketing system as well as
in customer-support-as-a-service
environments-giving compete flexibility
to hosting companies and organizations
with multiple branding strategies.
SmarterTrack adds Live Chat, a fully
skin-able customer Web interface, and
new levels of detailed reporting.
SmarterTrack 3.x will set a new standard
